Car Accident Massage: We do Motor Vehicle Accident claims at both locations. Please call us to get setup.
Portland: We require a RX from our in-clinic Chiropractor, Dr. Mike Kam at Crash Care Clinics, or your preferred doctor.
Mukilteo: Please get a referral from your preferred doctor.
No hassle billing for you–we’ve got it! We bill your car insurance directly.
We bill MVA claims at the full MVA rate.
Health Insurance (Currently accepted only at the Portland location): We bill Pacific Source and Regence. We are currently not accepting anymore Providence clients.
Note to established Providence Clients: We will be terminating our contract with Providence September 1st.
We don’t bill for Out-Of-Network or Out-Of-State (Including BCBS), but we can provide you with a Superbill.
If you’d like to book an additional 30 minutes:
Book a 90 minute Custom Massage and let us know in your notes to modify the appointment as a 60 minute Medical Massage with a 30 Minute Cash Rate add-on.
We do not currently take Health Insurance at Mukilteo, but we can provide you with a Superbill.
