We do Motor Vehicle Accident claims at both locations. Please call us to get setup.

Portland: We require a RX from our in-clinic Chiropractor, Dr. Mike Kam at Crash Care Clinics, or your preferred doctor.

Mukilteo: Please get a referral from your preferred doctor.

No hassle billing for you–we’ve got it! We bill your car insurance directly.

Health Insurance (Currently accepted only at the Portland location): We bill Pacific Source and Regence.

We don’t bill for Out-Of-Network or Out-Of-State (Including BCBS), but we can provide you with a Superbill.

We do not currently take Health Insurance at Mukilteo, but we can provide you with a Superbill.
