Book a 90 minute Custom Massage and let us know in your notes to modify the appointment as a 60 minute Medical Massage with a 30 Minute Cash Rate add-on.

Motor Vehicle Accident / Workers Comp Claims: We require a RX from Dr. Mike Kam or your preferred doctor. We bill at the Worker’s Comp Rate.
